This notice explains how we handle information when you visit this website, inquire about our business services, book a call, or interact with us as a business prospect or creator contact. Information we receive

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, website, service needs, budget context and correspondence. If you book a call, Google Calendar collects your name, email, brand details and appointment information and shares booking information with us.

Our hosting and communications providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect their services. Please do not send passwords, card details, government identifiers or sensitive personal information through this website.

How the inquiry form works

The form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not send the inquiry automatically or store the form entries in a database operated by this website. You review and send the email yourself. Your browser or email application may retain drafts or form information according to its settings. Booking a call is a separate submission to Google Calendar.

Business contacts and creator research

For relevant business development and agreed creator recruitment, we may review professional contact details, company or creator profiles, public posts, source links and fit notes from public sources, client-provided information and lead-research services such as RaisedHand. We use this information to assess relevance, contact appropriate business or creator contacts, track responses and honor opt-outs. We do not treat a profile match or public post as consent to a newsletter. Contact us to ask about information associated with you or to request no further outreach.

Why we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess service fit, arrange meetings, prepare proposals, provide agreed services, manage business records, handle privacy or accessibility requests, and protect against misuse. An inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter.

Providers and other disclosures

We use ChatGPT Sites for hosting and Google services for email, calendar bookings and meetings. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. These providers process information to supply their services under their own terms and applicable privacy notices. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or to professional advisers who need it for a legitimate business purpose. If we engage other providers to fulfill a client project, the engagement will address appropriate access and data handling.

We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not added advertising pixels, session replay, visitor analytics or remarketing scripts to this site.

Cookies and external services

We have not added advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and third-party services may use cookies or similar technology for their own operation, security or sign-in. Links open external services only when selected. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. We will review this notice and any consent requirements before adding advertising or visitor-tracking tools.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry or engagement, required business records, legal obligations and dispute handling. The period depends on the nature of the information and our relationship. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you sent, or to object to further marketing. Include enough context to locate the record, but do not send an identity document unless we explain why it is necessary. We operate in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. This website offers business services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
