Inquiries and engagements
Sending an inquiry, booking a call, or viewing this website does not purchase services, reserve delivery capacity or create a client engagement. Services begin only under a separate written agreement accepted by both parties. That agreement sets the scope, fee, payment schedule, responsibilities, deliverables, cancellation terms and any agreed remedies. Website examples are not an offer of guaranteed results.
Scope and results
Creator suitability, acceptance, negotiated terms, posting, audience response and sales depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, a number of signed creators or published content unless a specific supported commitment is included in the signed agreement. Creator compensation, samples, shipping, commissions, software and paid media are separate unless expressly included.
Examples and third-party relationships
Illustrative images, sample creator records and example dashboards demonstrate a format or concept. They are not testimonials, actual client results or evidence that a depicted person endorses us. References to TikTok Shop, Amazon or other platforms describe possible service channels and do not imply affiliation, approval or sponsorship.
Website materials and acceptable use
Our original website materials and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator, subject to applicable law. You may view and share links to the website for legitimate business purposes. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content or copy materials in a way that infringes applicable rights. Third-party names and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
